We are recruiting franchise shops both domestically and internationally.
We began franchising in 2019 out of a desire to spread this delicious culture through our knowledge and experience of tonkatsu and Japanese cuisine. So far, through franchise agreements, we have opening one street shop in Quezon, in Manila City in the Philippines, and one main hotel restaurant in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
We make every effort to maintain high-quality Japanese cuisine and tonkatsu, of which we are proud. We carefully examine local ingredients, and when necessary in order to maintain cuisine quality, we create systems to provide ingredients from Japan and neighboring countries.
In addition, one of our characteristics is that we do not stubbornly hold to the flavors preferred in Japan. In areas where we feel it necessary, we provide cuisine customized to the preferences of local customers. For example, if we feel that there is local demand and that it would aid sales, we can provide arranged menus for overseas franchises that include sushi, spicy hot pots or other dishes not served at our franchises in Japan.
In these ways, together with you, we intend to create shops capable of prospering for many years to come.
